We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.
Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

PlatTiQue Return Policy

We operate under a fashion house model with limited returns.

Ready-to-Wear:
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Store credit only (no refunds)
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached
Not Eligible for Return:
Custom pieces
Pre-orders
Sale items
Worn or damaged items

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. PAYMENT POLICY

PlatTiQue Payment Policy

Full payment is required before order processing
We accept major payment methods via secure checkout
Orders flagged as fraudulent may be canceled

Chargebacks:
Any fraudulent chargeback claims will be disputed with evidence and may result in permanent account restriction.

  1. CUSTOM ORDER POLICY (HIGH-END STRUCTURE)

This is your fashion house backbone.

PlatTiQue Custom Order Policy

All custom orders are final sale
A non-refundable deposit (50–100%) is required to begin production
Design approval must be confirmed before production begins
Production timelines vary and will be communicated per order

Important:

No cancellations once production starts
No refunds under any circumstances
Minor variations may occur due to handmade/custom nature

  1. PRE-ORDER POLICY (FOR HYBRID MODEL)

Pre-order items are made or sourced after purchase
Estimated shipping timelines are provided but not guaranteed
Orders cannot be canceled once placed
Delays may occur due to production or supplier issues

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size
Size charts are provided as a guide only
Fit may vary depending on design and fabric

We are not responsible for sizing issues.

For PTQCon, fashion shows, etc.

PlatTiQue Event Policy

All ticket sales are final
No refunds unless event is canceled by PlatTiQue
Attendees must follow event rules and guidelines

  1. MODEL PARTICIPATION POLICY

PlatTiQue Model Policy

Models must attend all required fittings and rehearsals
Participation does not guarantee payment unless stated
Models must sign required agreements (release + NDA)
Models are responsible for punctuality and professionalism

  1. DESIGNER / VENDOR POLICY

PlatTiQue Vendor Policy

Vendor fees are non-refundable
Setup and breakdown times must be followed
All products must align with brand standards
Counterfeit or unauthorized items are prohibited

  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

PlatTiQue Customer Service Policy

Response time: 24–48 business hours

We reserve the right to refuse service to disrespectful or abusive customers
